Small Craft

These spacecraft are the small workhorses of the GDI space forces. They are the best money could buy. These range from fighters to shuttles to dropcraft.

Prophecy Series

Prophecy Series BP 5F-770 Multipurpose Shuttle

The BP 5F-770 is a small utility shuttle craft utilized by the GDI space forces. It's fast, maneuverable, and very useful. The 770 model is equipped with EWAR, jamming and long-range detection equipment, along with transport for 10 people. Unlike the 288 model, it was destined to be an all purpose utility shuttle.

Designed in 3033, it is a mix of old shuttle design and the newer Raptor designs found on the uncovered Battlestar Galactica. Propelled by 2 massive ion engines, a secondary ion engine, and a jet engine for atmospheric flight. It can be equipped with a few weapons, such as the M-5 plasma autocannons and HILNOR long range missiles. It is capable of flying from Earth to the Moon and back with a half load of fuel.

Prophecy Series BP 6F-288 Gun Shuttle

The BP 5F-770 is a small utility shuttle craft utilized by the GDI space forces. It is more than twice as fast as the 770, and more maneuverable. It was destined to be the strike brother to the 770, so it features more weaponry and less equipment. The 288 model is equipped with a short range DRADIS detection system, along with transport for 4 people.

Designed in 3033 at the same time as the 770, it is a mix of old shuttle design and the newer Raptor designs found on the uncovered Battlestar Galactica. Propelled by 2 massive ion engines and 2 jet engines for atmospheric flight. It can be equipped with a large array of weapons, such as the M-5 plasma autocannons, HILNOR long range missiles, M-7 gatling autocannons, ShBM superbombs, and 2 kinetic bombardment projectiles all at once. It is capable of flying from Earth to the Moon and back with a single load of fuel, a lesser range than the 770.

Raptor Series

Raptor Series GNU-6 FR Recon Shuttle

The FR is a fleet recon shuttle. Solely designed to be used for recon missions, it is armed with nothing more than two small M-4 plasma autocannons for encounters. It comes equipped with a massive DRADIS detection dome, EWAR modules, radar systems, stealth detection equipment, imaging devices, asteroid scanners, ability to mount a mining cannon, and much much more, it cannot even fit unrequired people for transport (has a crew of 4).

It is propelled by 2 massive ion engines, it is slower than most shuttles but can hide itself very well, as it is equipped with some of the most advanced stealth generators out there. It is capable of flying from Earth to the Moon and back with a half load of fuel.

Raptor Series "RHINO" GB-10 Utility Shuttle

The RHINO is an intermediary shuttle between the FR and the LM. Although visually it differs from the other Raptor series shuttles, it's frame and design is very similar. Designed to perform any task it is given, the RHINO comes equipped with a small DRADIS detection dome, radar systems, crude stealth generators, asteroid scanners, imaging equipment, along with optional mining equipment and various modifications to fit any role. Armed with a moderate armament of 2 plasma rotary autocannons and two missile launchers.

It is propelled by 3 ion engines, it is faster than the other two of the series. It is capable of flying from Earth to the Moon and back with a half load of fuel. It can transport up to 10 nonessential personnel.

Raptor Series GNU-2 LM Gun Shuttle

Many think of the GNU-2 LM as a more crude but much more powerful version of the FR, which, in fact, it is. The LM is a gun shuttle capable of dealing great damage both in space and in the atmosphere. Armed with long-range unguided rockets, guided missiles, space-to-space/air-to-air missiles, freefall ShBM bombs, twin plasma gatling autocannons, large multirole missile launchers. It comes equipped with a small DRADIS detection dome, radar systems, crude stealth generators, asteroid scanners, imaging equipment and not much more than that, it really was designed to destroy rather than find.

It is propelled by 2 massive ion engines, it is quite fast. It is capable of flying from Earth to the Moon and back with a single load of fuel. It can seat up to 6 non-essential personnel.

Tyi Series

Tyi Series RS-1 Cheetah Light Fighter

The lightest fighter in the Tyi series, the Cheetah is a nimble aerospace fighter craft. It is designed mainly for aerospace combat, and does not have much ground attack ability. It is armed with twin plasma autocannons and missile launchers. It is propelled by two ion engines and two jet engines for atmospheric combat. It also has VTOL capability.

Tyi Series RS-3 Tiger Medium Fighter

The medium fighter in the Tyi series, the Tiger is a moderately armoured and fast aerospace fighter craft. It is designed mainly for aerospace combat, and does not have much ground attack ability. It is armed with two large plasma autocannons, missile launchers, and ShBM bombs. It is propelled by two ion engines and two jet engines for atmospheric combat. It also has VTOL capability.

The heaviest fighter in the Tyi series, the Lion is a superheavy fighter craft. It is very heavily armoured and is not very fast and maneuverable, but it is extremely deadly. Especially good against ground targets, it is armed with two huge railguns, missile launchers and plasma autocannons. Some versions feature twin TLS systems and even more weapons. It is propelled by 2 massive ion engines and jet engines, and is actually so heavy that it requires small rockets to lift it while it is in the atmosphere (The ones used for 3D ion vectoring are redirected towards the ground) It has VTOL capability.

Genide Series

Genide Series QS-1 Dolphin Light Fighter

The lightest fighter in the Genide series, the Dolphin is a high end fighter craft. A fast and maneuverable spaceship, the QS-1 has a larger weapons capacity than it's Tyi competitor but is not as maneuverable in an atmosphere. It is armed with 2 plasma autocannons and 2 laser guns, craft-to-craft missiles and bomb dropping ability. Has VTOL capability. It lands by unfolding it's underfin in half and landing on them.

Genide Series QS-3 Beluga Medium Fighter

The medium fighter in the Genide series, the Beluga is a moderately armoured and fast high-end aerospace fighter craft. The QS-3 has a larger weapons capacity than it's Tyi competitor but is not as maneuverable in an atmosphere. It is designed mainly for aerospace combat, but is capable of most destructive anti-ground attacks. Armed with a total of 8 laser and plasma autocannons along with numerous bombs and missiles. It is propelled by 4 ion engines and two jet engines for atmospheric combat. It also has VTOL capability. It lands by unfolding it's underfin in half and landing on them.

The heaviest fighter in the Genide series, the Humpback is a superheavy fighter craft. It is very heavily armoured and is not very fast and maneuverable, but it is extremely deadly. Especially good against ground targets. Armed with a total of 4 railguns, 4 plasma autocannons and 8 lasers, and a huge amount of missiles covering it on all sides. Some versions feature twin TLS systems and even more weapons. It is propelled by 6 massive ion engines and jet engines, and is actually so heavy that it requires small rockets to lift it while it is in the atmosphere (The ones used for 3D ion vectoring are redirected towards the ground) It has VTOL capability. It lands by unfolding it's underfin in half and landing on them.

Battlestars

Battlestars are the premium warships in modern and future space combat. They come in all sizes and are able to destroy anything. They are equipped with weaponry to destroy nearly any target that exists in the universe.

Venator Gunstar

The Venator is the smallest combat spacer in the fleet, aside from the launched ones. Armed with flak plasma autocannons, missiles, and main assault laser guns, it is still a force to be reckoned with.

Dragoon Gunstar

The Dragoon is a small combat spacer armed for close ship-to-ship combat, with large plasma autocannons and missiles. It is also able to carry and drop space pods.

Vigilant/Guardian Gunstar

These sister ships are nearly identical to each other. They are equipped with large side and front mounted laserguns, and are able to drop through the atmosphere to unload soldiers straight into combat.

Microstar Apollo

The Apollo is one of the smallest "battlestar" configuration ships out there. It does not employ hangars however, but is loaded to the brim with missiles, plasma autocannons and laser cannons.

Athena's Point Spacestar

The Athena's point is a small assault carrier equipped with large flak plasma autocannons. It can hold up to 12 aerospace craft.

Microstar Shepherd

The Shepherd is equipped with lasers, plasma autocannons, and missile cells. It is able to drop down through the atmosphere to deliver troops to the battlefield.

Microstar Apollo II

The Apollo II is a large gunstar/microstar. It is equipped with a large amount of lasers and plasma autocannons, and is the smallest ship to be equipped with ship-to-ship nuclear missiles.

Battlestar Valkyrie

Considered the smallest true battlestar, the Valkyrie is equipped with the usual plasma autocannons, laser turrets, missiles. It has hangars able to hold up to 10 aerospace craft.

Gunstar Berzerk Escort

The largest gunstar. The Berzerk Escort is a supermassive spaceship capable of carrying a large amount of cargo, spacepods. It is equipped with the usual plasma autocannons, laser cannons, and missiles.

Battlestar Freyja

An advanced stealthy battlestar leaning towards the smaller end of the spectrum. It is indeed a wonderful sight to behold, surrounded by plasma autocannons, laser turrets and missile cells. Very heavily armoured as well. 16 aerospace craft.

Battlestar Tiger

A hybrid between a gunstar and a battlestar. It isn't equipped with any hangars but is very heavily armoured, and is armed with some of the most powerful armaments. It has large plasma autocannons and laser guns, and 4 forwards facing railguns. Combined with thick head armour, it is a very efficient weapon of destruction.

Battlestar Themis

A strange looking battlestar indeed, it is equipped with space missile nukes, laser cannons, and plasma autocannon batteries. Holds 10 aerospace craft.

Battlestar Marduk

The first true sized battlestar. It is equipped with the usual nuclear missiles, plasma autocannons and laser guns. It also features enormous impulse engines capable of driving it very far and fast compared to other smaller ships. 24 aerospace craft.

Battlestar Daedalus

A large battlestar with quite big hangars. It is equipped with plasma autocannons arranged in batteries of 4, missiles, and main laser cannons. 30 aerospace craft.

Battlestar Yorktown

A more or less strange battlestar with one large hangar and an abnormally huge amount of missile cells. It is equipped with huge impulse drives compared to other battlestars, plasma autocannons mainly for self defence, and it relies on nuclear and conventional missiles to destroy it's foe. 36 aerospace craft.
